Shipping Policy

Shipping Area
We currently ship orders to eligible addresses within the United States. Some remote locations, P.O. boxes, restricted facilities, and oversized or regulated products may require special arrangements or may not be eligible for standard service.

Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment authorization. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders requiring verification, special handling, or backordered items may take longer.

Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is $9.95. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $99.00 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Taxes, discounts, oversized-item fees, special handling, and excluded products may affect eligibility. The final shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment.

Estimated Delivery
Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, or other events outside our control.

Tracking and Address Accuracy
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address used for the order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address correction is needed; we cannot guarantee changes after shipment.

Damage, Loss, or Missing Packages
Inspect the package promptly. Report visible damage, missing items, or delivery problems to info@kastenins.shop within 5 business days of delivery and include the order number and photographs when relevant. We will work with the carrier and customer to investigate.
