Returns & Refund Policy

Return Window
Unused, uninstalled, and unaltered items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Proof of purchase is required.

Return Authorization
Before sending any item back, contact info@kastenins.shop with your order number, the item to be returned, and the reason for return. We will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.

Non-Returnable Items
Custom-cut, special-order, clearance, used, installed, altered, opened consumable, hazardous, or final-sale items are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind or incorrectly ordered items. If we shipped an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us promptly so we can review the issue and provide appropriate instructions. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Inspection and Refund Timing
Returned items are inspected after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after inspection. Financial institutions may require additional time to post the credit. We will notify you if a deduction applies because an item is damaged, incomplete, or not in original condition.

Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after processing or shipment has begun. Shipped orders must follow the return procedure.

Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges. The quickest option may be to return an eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.
